Gulag 1 is a bodyweight and single kettlebell training plan to deliver maximal results with minimal equipment.
If you find yourself unable to make it to the gym or with limited equipment this full body, conjugate training plan gives the best possible result you could ask for hitting all of the functional patterns in full-body intense workouts.
To do this plan you will need a few kettlebells in different weights (but not in pairs), a pull up bar, and a skipping rope.

It would be nice to checkout each days workout without having to mark the previous day as “complete”.
