Gulag 2 is a double kettlebell course.
It is designed for maximum strength and muscle with minimal equipment.
It is a four week plan, consisting of either four or six days per week depending on if you perform the cardio days or not.
Pairs of kettlebells. You will need a pair of kettlebells you can perform squats and presses with in the 3-5 rep range, and another pair you can perform complexes with that allow you to get 15-25 reps continuously.
